01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Baji99 (referred to herein as "Baji99", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Baji99 online gaming platform available at https://baji99.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Baji99 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Baji99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Platform and must immediately cease access.

02Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement unless the context otherwise requires:

03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Baji99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Baji99 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all users, consistent with internationally recognised standards for responsible online gambling.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and capacity. Registration on behalf of another person, or by a corporate entity for personal wagering purposes, is not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or associate of Baji99, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the Baji99 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

04Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Baji99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses) constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly notify Baji99 of any changes by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your login credentials to any third party. Baji99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been undertaken by you, unless you have previously notified Baji99 of suspected unauthorised access to your Account in writing.

05Terms of Use

Your use of the Baji99 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which apply at all times and across all Platform features:

• You must use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform or its services without Baji99's prior written consent is prohibited.
• You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or manipulate the technical operation of the Platform, including its games, betting markets, odds engines, or payment systems.
• You must not use automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting mechanisms to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other users or the house.
• You acknowledge that the outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and that no play strategy guarantees a positive financial return.
• You must not use the Platform as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Baji99 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Baji99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

Baji99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB). All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment channels. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantaneously or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. Baji99 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by the registered Account holder whose identity has been verified via KYC. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Baji99 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

Withdrawal Requirements: All active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Baji99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. Baji99 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits, which are communicated within your Account settings.

07Bonuses & Promotions

Baji99 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Promotions are available to eligible Users only. Baji99 reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific terms of each promotion and typically range from 10× to 20× the bonus amount.
• While playing with active Bonus Funds, a maximum bet limit applies. The standard maximum bet during bonus play is RM250 per round or spin unless a different limit is specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution towards wagering requirements varies by game category. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10% to 20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• All Bonus Funds carry an expiry window, which is stated in the specific promotion terms and typically ranges from 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at expiry will be removed from the Account.
• Baji99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Users.
• In cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation of promotional offers (including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion), Baji99 reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and permanently close the associated Account(s).

08Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the Baji99 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, and arcade titles:

• All bets placed on the Baji99 Platform are final once confirmed. Cancellation of placed bets is not permitted except in circumstances where Baji99 determines that a technical error or material discrepancy in the published odds or game parameters has occurred.
• Baji99 publishes odds and game Return to Player (RTP) percentages in good faith. However, Baji99 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds or game parameters and to void any wagers that were placed on the basis of such errors.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game session or betting round, Baji99 will endeavour to resolve the matter in a fair and transparent manner. Bets affected by confirmed technical failures will be either honoured or refunded at Baji99's discretion.
• Baji99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount on any individual bet, game, or betting market, including the imposition of personal Account betting limits based on betting patterns.
• Winnings derived from casino game sessions are subject to standard account balance rules. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to those funds.
• Sports betting markets (including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UFC, and other events) are governed by the specific sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the specific sportsbook rules, the specific sportsbook rules shall prevail in relation to sports betting matters.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Baji99 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or Account details without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Exploiting technical bugs, software vulnerabilities, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error must be reported to Baji99 immediately and will be voided.
• Using the Platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity or to circumvent financial reporting obligations.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting".
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any element of the Baji99 Platform or its proprietary software.

10Responsible Gambling

Baji99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and should never be used as a means of generating income, solving financial difficulties, or as a response to emotional distress.

Baji99 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration after which they will receive a mandatory break prompt.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting Baji99's support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and will prevent Account access for the elected period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Users may enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying session duration and cumulative win/loss data.

11Intellectual Property

All content available on the Baji99 Platform, including but not limited to the Baji99 brand name, logo, graphic design, website layout, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Baji99 and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit Users to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without Baji99's prior written consent.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Baji99, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service resulting from technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Baji99's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in published odds, game parameters, or promotional terms that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Baji99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13Account Suspension & Closure

Baji99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a formal request being issued.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Conduct that Baji99 reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other users, staff, or the integrity of the Platform.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring the closure or restriction of an Account.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Baji99's support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any balance subject to a pending investigation) will be refunded to the User's registered payment method.

14Amendments to Terms

Baji99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Baji99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Baji99 holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
